Three of Kenya defining parks in six days, travelled privately and stayed in well. It begins with two nights in the Masai Mara, where vast grasslands support some of the finest game viewing in the country and a full day in the reserve lets you follow sightings rather than a schedule.
From the Mara the route drops into the Great Rift Valley at Lake Nakuru, a compact and scenic park renowned for its birdlife and its resident wildlife around the lake shore.
It closes with two nights in Amboseli, where large elephant herds move across open plains beneath Mount Kilimanjaro. The combination of elephants, dust, open sky and Africa highest mountain produces the most photographed scenery in Kenya, and two nights gives you two chances at a clear mountain morning.

Depart Nairobi for the Masai Mara and begin with a game drive across the reserve wildlife-rich plains. Overnight at Entim Mara Camp. Meals: lunch and dinner.
A full day tracking wildlife across the grasslands, looking for lions, elephants, buffaloes, giraffes and zebras. The extra time is what turns a sighting into an encounter. Overnight at Entim Mara Camp. Meals: all meals.
Leave the Mara for Lake Nakuru National Park and take a game drive around the lake and its surrounding habitats, watching for wildlife and the park bird species. Overnight at Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge. Meals: all meals.
Head south to Amboseli, arriving in the ecosystem for an afternoon game drive with the park elephant herds in mind. Overnight at Ol Tukai Lodge. Meals: all meals.
A full day in Amboseli. The large elephant population and the view towards Kilimanjaro make this a photographer park above all else. Overnight at Ol Tukai Lodge. Meals: at own expense on this day, per the published package.
A final morning in the Amboseli region before the drive back to Nairobi, where the safari ends. Meals: breakfast and lunch.
